Quotes

Quotes are indicative until confirmed in writing. Product prices, freight rates and currency exchange can change between the quote and the order. A quote is valid for the period stated on it, or 14 days if no period is stated.

Orders and payment

• Production starts after the deposit is received and the sample/spec is approved in writing.
• The balance is due before shipment, after the inspection report is approved by the buyer.
• Bank, card and payment-provider fees are borne by the payer unless stated otherwise.
• Invoices are issued in USD or MYR; the currency is shown on the invoice.

Inspection and claims

Where an inspection is included, the report is shared before the balance is released. Claims for defects covered by the report must be raised before shipment. Claims after arrival are handled with the factory on a best-efforts basis and are subject to the factory’s warranty.

Delays and force majeure

Production and shipping timelines are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by factories, carriers, customs or events outside our reasonable control, but we will keep you informed and mitigate where possible.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the service fee we charged for that order, to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or lost sales.

Governing terms

Each order is governed by the service agreement or proforma invoice issued for that order. If there is a conflict, the signed service agreement prevails over this page.
