The production floor
Four stages, one address.
We keep the process short. The fewer handoffs between moulding, assembly and packing, the easier it is to catch a problem before it becomes a container of problems.

Moulding
EVA and PVC soles are moulded by our manufacturing partners. New moulds are quoted separately and remain your property once paid.

Assembly
Uppers, straps and fittings are assembled and checked against the approved sample before the line runs.

Printing & packing
Logo printing, labels, barcodes and cartons are applied and checked against your artwork proof.
04
QC & dispatch
Final inspection on quantity, workmanship, function and packaging before the balance and shipment.

Quality control
Three checks before the balance.
We do not ask you to trust a photo of one perfect sample. The inspection covers the production lot, and you see the report before the balance payment.
01 · Incoming
Sole material, upper fabric, hardness and colour against the approved standard.
02 · In-line
First-article check, then spot checks on assembly, printing and size consistency.
03 · Final
AQL sampling or 100% check on quantity, function, packaging and carton marks.
