Slippers start at 500 pairs per colour; sporting goods at 300 pieces per SKU. Trial orders below that are sometimes possible — ask, and we will tell you honestly if the factory can run it.

Yes. Sample lead time is usually 7–10 days. We quote the sample fee separately; it is refundable against the bulk order when the order meets the MOQ.

Both. OEM means your logo, colour and packaging on our existing construction. ODM means we develop the construction, material and packaging from your idea or reference product, with tooling quoted separately.

Usually 20–30 days after deposit and artwork approval. Peak season (August–November) can be longer; we confirm the schedule on the proforma invoice.

30% deposit and 70% before shipment by T/T. For samples and small orders we can accept PayPal once the account is connected. All amounts are invoiced in USD unless agreed otherwise.

FOB Tianjin or Qingdao, CIF to your port, and DDP to your door in Malaysia and Singapore. We quote sea LCL/FCL, air and express side by side.

We prepare the compliance documents your market requires and can arrange third-party testing. Tell us the destination and product, and we will confirm what applies before the order.

Bags and luggage are in development. If you need bags now, we can quote from vetted partner factories in Hebei and Guangdong and consolidate with your order.

Yes. We are in Dingzhou, Hebei, about two hours from Beijing. Send your dates and we will arrange a factory walkthrough and sample review.

We inspect before shipment and hold the balance until you approve. If a defect is found after arrival, we document it with the factory and agree a replacement or credit.
