Privacy notice

This notice explains what we collect through this website, why, and how to ask us to delete it.

What we collect

Details you submit in an enquiry: name, company, email, phone/WhatsApp, product brief.
Invoice details: billing name, email, amount and payment reference.
Basic technical logs from our hosting provider (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote.
To issue invoices, process payments and meet accounting obligations.
To prevent abuse of the website and investigate payment disputes.

Who we share it with

We share the minimum necessary with payment providers (to process an invoice payment), freight forwarders (to arrange delivery) and our hosting provider. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months. Invoice and payment records are kept for as long as required by applicable accounting and tax rules.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email folhj163@gmail.com with the subject “Privacy request”.

Cookies

This site does not set advertising cookies. If we add analytics later, we will update this notice and, where required, ask for consent.
